Student Advisory Council (SAC)

Overview

The Youth Voice priority of the YDSS department is multifaceted. One primary program centered in cultivating youth voice is the Student Advisory Council (SAC). The SAC is a year-round program that provides an opportunity for incoming 10th-12th grade students to critically research and analyze the problems currently facing »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ youth, and organize to take action against those problems. The SAC strives to promote student voice within the district, recognizing youth as key leaders and changemakers.

Free TB screening clinics
TB screening clinics every Thursday from 3-5pm at Serna Center. Contact Student Support and Health Services at (916) 643-9412 with any questions. 

Sac City Unified will now be offering free tuberculosis (TB) assessments for staff, new hires and volunteers every Thursday from 3pm-5pm (unless offices are closed due to a holiday or holiday break). 

Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is required. The free screening clinics are held at Serna Center at 5735 47th Ave. Contact Student Support and Health Services at (916) 643-9412 with any questions.

Developer Fees

Sacramento City Unified is open to the public and accepting developer fees Monday-Friday 10 am-2 pm at our Facilities Department location:

Community Facility Use Permits

Overview

The District Facilities Permit Office issues civic permits for the use of our facilities, including auditoriums, multi-purpose rooms, playing fields, and other locations.
