Learn about 2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration
To be eligible to register for kindergarten for Fall 2024, children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024. Children that turn five years old September 2, 2024 »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵthrough June 2, 2025, have the opportunity to enroll in one of our Transitional Kindergarten (TK) programs.

Preschool Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year starts on Monday, April 15, 2024
Free or Low Cost for Income Eligible Families
To enroll into Head Start or State Preschool for children 3-5 years old, please pick up an enrollment packet at Enrollment Center, located at 5601 47th Avenue, Monday – Thursday from 8:00am to 3:30pm and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Thank you for your interest in Sacramento City Unified School District’s high school specialty programs. Our high school specialty programs offer students the opportunity to dive deeper into an area of interest that may support a future career pathway. These free public education programs give students a chance to learn about industries outside of standard core subjects, like culinary arts, digital media, criminal justice, construction and more.
