What is 鈥淕.A.T.E.?鈥�
The GATE program, 鈥淕ifted and Talented Education,鈥� includes educational services designed to address the learning needs of students who have been identified to receive gifted and/or talented educational supports. GATE services in 黄色视频 are based on the most current research in gifted education.
Early Learning and Care Programs
黄色视频鈥檚 Early Learning and Care programs provide continuous comprehensive center-based and home-based services to expectant families, infants/toddlers, preschool and school-age children. Children have a natural curiosity and desire to learn so they are engaged in active learning with teachers providing learning experiences based on best practices reflecting how children develop and learn. We believe that a close home/school connection is essential for children to reach their full potential.
SELPA Local Plan Assurances
There are currently 23 Federal and Local Assurances to which each SELPA and member Local Education Agency (LEA) must adhere. In approving the Local Plan, SELPA and each member LEA agrees that they will uphold each of these assurances, and they must cite the location of each corresponding local policy and procedure.

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 20 United States Code (20 USC) Section 1400 et seq. and related federal regulations, require each special education local plan area (SELPA) to ensure a continuum of program options are available to meet the needs of students with disabilities for special education and related services.
