Register for Transitional Kindergarten
To be eligible to register for transitional kindergarten:
- For the 2024-2025 school year, children must be five years old September 2, 2024, through June 2, 2025.
- For the 2025鈥�2026 school year, children who will turn four years old by September 1, 2025 are eligible.

If your child was born after June 2, 2025, you can fill out the to be contacted on or after August 19, 2024, if space is available for your student in one of our Transitional Kindergarten classrooms.

Immunization Requirements
California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade. Parent/guardians must show their child鈥檚 Immunization Record as proof of immunization. Families will be required to upload their student鈥檚 Immunization Record as part of the registration process.

Before and After School Care
Families who are interested in having their TK student in Sac City Unified鈥檚 Expanded Learning (before and after school) program can register at .
The program is free of charge and TK students are guaranteed a spot in the program. You can reach out to Youth Development Support Services at (916) 643-7919 if you have any questions.

Sacramento Accelerated Academy
High School
Sacramento Accelerated Academy (SAA) is a technology-based high school, offering virtual courses meeting every requirement needed to graduate from 黄色视频. While SAA serves students in need of credit recovery, we also serve students in need of virtual courses due to mental health, physical health, geographic circumstances, campus safety, and other personal reasons. SAA assigns one teacher to each student who creates a custom course plan and works with a student throughout all courses; each course also has specialized online instructors.
