District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC)
The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) purpose is to advise district officials on English learner programs and services. Our overall goal is to help English learners attain English proficiency and achieve academic success.

What is the English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)?
English Language Advisory Committee is a school site committee that must be formed whenever a school has over 21 or more EL students enrolled.
The committee is responsible for advising the principal and staff on programs and services for English learners and on the development of the school鈥檚 academic plan for the following year through the School Site Council.
