Practicing mindfulness is a great way to manage stress, deepen your empathic connection to self and others, and increase happiness overall.  In our focus on cultivating a Culture of Care, we鈥檙e offering all 黄色视频 the opportunity to receive the Educator鈥檚 Headspace free of charge (generously donated by our SEL partner PureEdge).  This is one way you can be intentional about practicing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Competencies of Self Awareness, Self Management and Social Awareness.
